Sunvair's Facilities Sunvair's Facilities Our complete facilities allows us to deliver all overhaul work on time, with the highest quality of workmanship.  Machining Sunvair is able to handle all machining in-house including all landing gear piston and line spline operations.  Hydraulics Two Skydrol test stands capable to supply pressures up to 25,000psi and 40 gallons per minute flow for your hydraulic component requirements. Sunvair's red test stand is capable to supply pressures up to 10,000psi and 20 gallons per minute flow.  Inspection Sunvair carries all gages necessary to complete overhauls. These gages are calibrated monthly to insure the highest quality of workmanship.  Plating All plating is processed though our plating shop AH Plate ( http://www.ahplating.com ).  Paint and Assembly Our inhouse AQMD approved paint booth allows us to control the overhaul from start to finish. | |||
