Mingo Aerospace, a division of Sunvair Aerospace Group, expands capabilities

Mingo Aerospace is pleased to announce expanded capabilities for Bell Helicopter and their supplier network. The recent Bell endorsement expands Mingo’s HVOF services to include chromium carbide coatings (BPS4551). Additionally, Mingo recently expanded their manufacturing services, adding CNC mills and lathes to the Owasso Oklahoma campus. The expanded capabilities are complementary to the existing conventional and spherical grinding capabilities, offering customers additional options to take advantage of our best-in-class turn-around-time and customer service.

Sunvair’s facility in Valencia CA has been added to the approved source list for several Bell Procurement Specifications (BPS). The recent approvals allow Sunvair to support Bell Flight as a Tier 1 service provider and Tier 2, their global supply chain. Additionally, the BPS approvals enable Sunvair to extend our Best-in-Class plating services to MRO requirements through approved Bell maintenance centers.

This new space will significantly expand our capacity and will enhance our capabilities while continuing to support industry Best-in-Class Quality. Sunvair has seen continued growth over the last several years and this expansion will further support our current top-tier customer base as well as recent new customer wins.
